TURNAROUND + SHIPPING

Custom orders usually take only a week to 10 days fill.

Wedding orders will ship in the US by Priority Mail; International orders by First Class International. Non-US buyers - please let us know if you require a faster shipping method and we can later adjust your invoice to reflect either Priority International or Express International.

INKS + COLOR MATCHING

WE CAN NOW MAKE UP JUST ABOUT ANY INK COLOR YOU WISH! We have just about every color of the rainbow, including the following metallics: silver, gold and copper. Would you like an ink matched to your dresses or suit? Feel free to contact us and send a swatch of your fabric, chances are we can get pretty close to your desired color.

DESIGNS/HOW TO ORDER

You can choose any* single print design we normally stock at the package price. All will be the same design and same ink color. If you would like one contrasting colorway for the groom, we can probably arrange to make that happen. After selecting the quantity you need, please note the following when you check out:

1. quantity
2. tie color
3. tie width [we assume standard unless noted otherwise]
4. ink color
5. graphic [and any special placement instructions]
6. what date you need them by.

(After entering your zip code, when you go through the process to pay, there will be a "note to seller/special instructions" box - you can write any message there, including color choice. Once the order is placed, we will send you an email confirming your choice - please note this is not an automatic email, so it will not be immediate. We manually review every purchase to make sure everything looks ok.)
