ORDERS WITHIN THE US:
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE US: Please direct any shipping questions to orders@cyberoptix.com and we'll figure out how to best handle your order! One of our fantastic customers did a video of himself unwrapping our Red Robot tie! We love our customers for many reasons, and this is just one example of why! Check it out. The Small Print - Terms, Conditions and other info + Every tie is made to order, this way we are able to keep our designs fresh, your ties unique, and prices very reasonable. We do keep a backstock of some of our most popular styles so we don't go crazy! Items are typically shipped within five business days upon receiving payment, but often orders will even ship the same day if you catch us printing in the studio! (We like getting stuff fast too, and will make every effort to get it to you that way.) Custom orders may take up to 8 business days to ship upon receiving payment, but usually faster. Please let us know if you need something rushed and we will make every effort to accomodate. + We always confirm each order via email, from a real person, not an email respondo'bot. If for some reason you haven't heard from us for a few days after placing the order, give us a poke. Chances are, something may have gone wrong. We like communication. + For online payment, we currently accept PayPal. For US, Canada and some others, you do not have to have a PayPal acount to use the PayPal service, you can input your credit card at the PayPal screen. For customers who do not have PayPal, we will gladly accept a check or money order. Please contact us for a physical address and we will send your ties out upon receipt of your payment. A note to all PayPal users - please make sure your address is up to date - we have had a few misdirected orders lately due to customers having very old addresses on file and no alternate address submitted. Homeless ties are very, very sad! PayPal "confirmed" addresses are best, but we can certainly ship to an alternate or gift address, just make a note of it so they reach their proper destination. + For our international customers, please keep in mind that any tariffs, taxes, or customs fees will not be the responsibility of the TieLab. When one imports items from outside his or her home country, from time to time customs offices deem money due, especially on large orders. + The Tie Lab is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items after they are shipped, though we will make every effort to try and resolve the situation. It is important that we have happy customers! + We will gladly refund or exchange your tie within two weeks of purchase (28 days for holiday orders). To return an item, please email us for a return address. The tie must be unworn and in new condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We regret that we can not make any returns or exchanges on custom/one-of-a-kind/wedding or special orders. Any damaged ties or color errors on our part will of course be replaced with no restocking fee. + Each tie is individually hand screenprinted. Placements may vary slightly from piece to piece. Each is unique and may have its own variation in print density and texture, with indications and remnants of the printing process on the reverse, further adding to its individual character.
