Each elegantly subversive tie is hand screenprinted at our studio in downtown Detroit. Don't be afraid to tie one on! Our ties are hand-silkscreened onto 100% silk or microfiber; our fine-weave microfiber is a rich, sturdy yet soft fabric resembling silk. Our silk is an elegant soft natte silk, smooth with a very slight sheen to it. We only use high quality waterbased inks which require no harmful solvents, this is better for both the health of our shop and for the health of our planet. Waterbased inks have a much better hand on fine fabrics and will never crack over time as plastisol inks do. Please note: We will be closed from Dec 23 - Jan 3 to take a much needed short break to see the family, who will kill us if we don't stop being workaholics for a week!
