Victorian opulence, inspired by wallpaper patterns from the Victorian era through the swinging '70's. We created this damask design as a hybrid of bits of scraps of wallcovering and cloth patterns collected from some of Detroit's most (in)famous abandoned structures.
This print extends very high up on the tie, approx. 18" (46 cm) from the bottom point; perfect to be seen from under a vest or jacket. Our model is wearing the standard width.
Original illustration derived from an original photograph of vintage Detroit wallpaper.
