Cottage Lace tie.

Cottage Star Lace. Evocative of old mystery novels, an elegant touch in most settings, but of course nothing in our oeuvre is entirely innocent. Tatted lace stars, pinwheels, pizzelle lace, maybe the subversion is only implied to us, but we're picturing spiked tea and bitter almond chocolates. We'll let you ascribe your own meaning.

Original illustration derived from vintage lace doilies. This design works well on all three widths of ties: Standard; narrow and skinny.

This print extends very high up on the tie, approx. 18" (46 cm) from the bottom point; perfect to be seen from under a vest or jacket.
